Customized User Accounts

LUNA sets different levels of information access and permissions for each custom user account. Account profiles can be selected or customized based on preference. See our profile examples below:

President (Data/Content Administrator)

The data/content administrator has access to all aspects of the system, including all member information, employer information, grievances, grievance finances, events/meeting information and more. In addition to having access to all system information, this user also has ability to add or delete content from all sections within the system.

Recording Secretary

The recording secretary has access to all information within the system, including all member information, employer information, grievances, grievance finances, events/meeting information and more. He/she also has the ability to modify any information within the system.

Office Staff

Office staff have access to member profiles but do not have access to member/employer grievance history or any other information within the system.

Super Administrators

System administrators have exclusive access to any and all content within the system. They can additionally change the structure of the system through the deletion or creation of modules and/or content.

Secretary-Treasurer

The secretary-treasurer has access to all financial information within the system (the costs pertaining to grievances, etc).

Unit Chairs

Unit chairs have access to the details of members within their particular unit, including any grievances filed by those members or their employers.

Stewards

Stewards have the ability to create new grievances within the system. As well, they have access to all member and employer details. However, stewards are not able to delete or modify any grievance once it has been filed.

Phone Bank Personnel

Phone bank personnel have access to member and steward profiles in the event that they need to contact various members or direct members to their responsible stewards. However, they do not have access to any other information within the system.

Analyst

An analyst has access to data in the system for the creation of reports but is not able to augment any of the data within the system.
